- Lintel is provided at = 2.4 m in case of brick wall

- Minimum diameter of bars used in slab = 8mm

- Minimum diameter of bars used in column = 12mm

- Minimum diameter of bars in Dowel bars = 12mm

- Maximum diameter of bars in slab = 1/8 x thickness of slab

- Maximum chair spacing = 1m

- Dimensional tolerance of cube = +2mm -2mm

- Maximum water absorption should not be more than 20%

- Initial setting time of cement = 30 minutes

- Final setting time of cement = 10 hrs 600 minutes

- DPR = Detailed project report

- Concrete cube is filled in =3 layers

- Cement should be used within three months of manufacturing.

- Minimum thickness of shear wall = 150mm

- Maximum thickness of shear wall = 400mm

- Universal testing machine is used for compression test of concrete tensile test of steel reinforcement.

- Minimum curing period
7 Days Normal weather condition.
10 Days not weather condition.

- Minimum percentage of steel column = 0.8 % of cross area

- Max % of steel in column = 6% of gross area

- R.C.C is affected by water because of corrossion of reinforcement bars.

- P.C.C is not affected by the water.

👉 Check levelling is the fly levelling done at the end of the days work to connect the point with starting point on that particular day to check the accuracy of the days work.
